Most paper-based systems can be computerised with all the benefits of efficiency, filing and data retrieval which computerisation brings. Bespoke software can be written to tie in with other commercial software packages – accounting software, CRM software and can be tailored directly to the needs of the task and the users.

A recent example of a bespoke system is a project for a cash converter business where procedures involving cash needed to be tightly controlled.

The client had developed a paper-based system based on Excel and handwritten output (receipts etc) that was solid and reliable but that was very time consuming to process. The requirement was to take this paper-based system and create a computerised version that was efficient and secure. After testing, it has been installed on Network Support Solutions supplied hardware in one location and is due to go live in a second location.
